Guillermo originates from Barcelona. He has 8 years experience in the Yachting Industry, on various sizes of yachts . Before he started his career in as a captain he was travelling around the world for 5 years working alongside a Formula one racing Team. At 24, Gullermo started his traveling life around New Zealand and it was here he discover the sailing world and decided to work in this sector.

He studied mechanical engineering, and is qualified as a Naval Mechanic and Skipper of High Merchant Navy. So you can feel you are in safe hands with Guillermo.

When he is not at sea he enjoys spearfishing, motocross and wakeboarding!

Monica is on eof our most experienced deckhands she has a great passion for the yachting industry. With seven years of experience working on various yachts, Monica has developed a strong skill set and a deep understanding of the industry's demands. Monica has spent the last four years working on the prestigious 82-foot yacht Seastory. Her time with the company has honed her expertise in managing yacht operations, ensuring the highest level of service for guests, and maintaining the vessel in top condition. Her language skills contribute to a seamless onboard experience for all.

Outside of her professional life, Monica has a vibrant personality and diverse interests. She enjoys listening to music, which adds a lively atmosphere to the yacht. Monica is also a sports enthusiast and actively engages in various activities during her free time, cross fit and yoga. She loves spending time with her beloved dog and cherishes the importance of family. Monica has resided in Ibiza for the past seven years, immersing herself in the island's culture and lifestyle.
