Terms & Cancellation policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
DAY CHARTERS – SEASON 2026

For the 2026 season, two differentiated pricing modalities are established:

• Non-Refundable Rate
• Flexible Rate

The applicable conditions shall be as follows:

1. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

1. In order to confirm a reservation under this modality, full prepayment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total charter amount shall be mandatory at the time of confirmation.
2. This rate shall only be available for bookings made twenty-one (21) days or more prior to the departure date (minimum release period of 21 days).
3. Once confirmed, a reservation under the Non-Refundable Rate shall not be subject to modification or cancellation with entitlement to any refund, regardless of the reason.

2. FLEXIBLE RATE

1. In order to confirm a reservation under this modality, an initial deposit may be required in accordance with the commercial conditions in force at the time of booking.
2. The reservation may be modified or cancelled without penalty up to five (5) calendar days prior to the departure date.
3. Once said period has elapsed (five (5) days prior to departure), full prepayment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total charter amount shall be required in order to guarantee the reservation.
4. Should full payment not be received within the specified timeframe, the booking system shall automatically cancel the reservation without the need for prior notice.
5. Once full prepayment has been made (within the five (5) days prior to departure), the reservation shall not be eligible for cancellation with refund entitlement.

3. NO SHOW

In the event that the client fails to appear at the agreed date and time for the commencement of the charter (No Show), no refund shall be granted, regardless of the pricing modality contracted.

NOTE 1. : In the event that weather conditions prevent the charter from taking place on the reserved date, the client shall be entitled to a full refund. This shall apply in cases of wind gusts of twenty-five (25) knots or more and/or rain at the scheduled time of departure.

NOTE 2. The re-chartering of a vessel by the CENTRAL AGENCY (Yacht Charter Experiences S.L.) shall not entitle the client to claim any refund after having cancelled a charter. The general cancellation conditions shall apply.
