Born and raised in Ibiza, Fernando has spent his entire life on the water. Growing up on the island, he developed a passion for the sea from an early age and has been working professionally in the yachting industry since he was 17 years old.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience on both sailing and motor yachts, completing Atlantic and Indian Ocean crossings and sailing professionally through the Caribbean, Australia, Thailand and the Maldives aboard luxury sailing catamarans. These experiences have given him a deep understanding of offshore navigation, yacht operations and life at sea.

As a local captain from Ibiza, Fernando knows the island and Formentera like the back of his hand. His goal is to offer guests more than just a day on the water—sharing hidden coves, crystal-clear anchorages and unforgettable experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism and hospitality.

When he’s not at sea, Fernando enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, water sports and exploring new destinations around the world. He believes every charter should be relaxed, personal and memorable, creating experiences that guests will remember long after they leave the island.

Marta was born and raised in Barcelona. She started to work in nautical industry in 2017 as a Padel, Surf  - Kayak and Windsurf Instructor partaking in  activities with kids and families in the Costa Brava. In 2022 she wanted a change of scenery and she studied to be crew and work in the yatch  ndustry. This is her second season as a stewardess and she loves it.

In her free time she loves art, she studied a history/art degree to be a teacher because she loves to give people knowledge. She was working in Australia as a massage therapists and now in winter she works also as a Reiki therapist and yoga teacher. Travelling around the world is one of her hobbies she loves to know more about cultures and religions such a Hinduism, Buddism, and the Aboriginal culture.
