Alain started working at sea at 2011, his first job was as a professional diver, working in the construction of the port of Marina Botafoch and aboard a rescue yacht. In 2016 he trained as a skipper and worked on the Ibiza Rescue Boat, so you know you are in safe hands with him. In 2018 he started in the yacht world on a Leopard 27, sailing around different parts of the Mediterranean Sea: France, Italy, Algeria and Spain, as well as crossing the Atlantic and sailing around Miami and the Bahamas. He has been working with Boating for 2 years and thoroughly enjoys his job ! He has lived in Ibiza for 25 years now.

During his free time he loves - freediving and scuba diving . He loves travelling to places where there is wildlife and nature such as Vietnam, Maldives,the Philipines. In the winter time Alain enjoys sports such as snowboarding and crossfit.

Monica is one of our most experienced deckhands she has a great passion for the yachting industry. With seven years of experience working on various yachts, Monica has developed a strong skill set and a deep understanding of the industry's demands. Monica has spent the last four years working on the prestigious 82-foot yacht Seastory. Her time with the company has honed her expertise in managing yacht operations, ensuring the highest level of service for guests, and maintaining the vessel in top condition. Her language skills contribute to a seamless onboard experience for all.

Outside of her professional life, Monica has a vibrant personality and diverse interests. She enjoys listening to music, which adds a lively atmosphere to the yacht. Monica is also a sports enthusiast and actively engages in various activities during her free time, cross fit and yoga. She loves spending time with her beloved dog and cherishes the importance of family. Monica has resided in Ibiza for the past seven years, immersing herself in the island's culture and lifestyle.
